Stefan Briggs is a local associate realtor in North Alabama working with RE/MAX Tri-State. Though the real estate company provides and manages a company website, realtors are responsible for networking and managing their own social media platforms.

Creative Process

The idea behind this project is to increase engagement and followers on the realtor’s social media page. Realtors depend on networking to drive sales, and social media is a key component. Not only will consistent posting help with networking, but it will also help followers to see the realtor as a trusted professional. To help drive engagement, I created a social media content calendar and provided some sample posts.

This particular content calendar is designed to “reset” the realtor’s current social media platform. Since the logo and brand colors cannot be changed, I focused on incorporating those particular attributes while also creating a more personalized brand for the realtor.

The features of this content calendar are used to network, collaborate, create trust, show expertise, and feature business related content.

ongoing case study

The client agreed that he would consider expanding to other platforms such as Instagram.

We will compare engagement statistics from June, July, and August to see how consistent posting boosts social media presence.

 I will add the statistical data and an analysis at the conclusion of this case study.
